Internet art or net art is a form of digital artwork distributed through the internet. This form of art went around the traditional use of the galleries and museums, as it delivers an aesthetic experience through the internet.
Internet art can be interactive, examples of these are 'wwwwww.jodi.org' or 'My Boyfriend Came Back From The War.'
Internet art typically does not refer to art that has been digitized and uploaded to be viewed over the internet. This can be done through a web browser, such as images of paintings uploaded for viewing in an online gallery. Net art or internet art relies on the internet to exist, by taking advantage of aspects such as interactive interface, it allows multiple users of different cultures to connect.
